To Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please get in touch with us at support@swordstore.us or WhatsApp at 618-370-0006 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). When reaching out, include your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason. After receiving your RAN, follow the instructions provided to return the item.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns, the cost of return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect or defective items. To ensure your return is received, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. You can expect the refund to be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
